The Bronpi commitment to quality control involves research and development of new models both in their own laboratory and outside laboratories which certify that their products comply with EN-UNE 13229, EN-UNE 13240 and E.E.C. standards through the use of research methods following international standards.
The quality commitment goes beyond mere words and encompasses extensive knowledge of the materials used in the structure of fireplaces, stoves, ovens, inserts and accessories. The quality system complies with the ISO 9001 standard as certified by the Bureau Veritas.
As a result, Bronpi’s modern facilities have a fully automated production plant, which makes it possible to meet all the demands of a market which is continuously evolving.
Quality Materials
Vitro Ceramic Glass: Resistant to 750 degrees C, with a low thermal expansion, causing no deformation and no cracking due to high temperatures.
Vermiculite: High density refractory material with a great refractive power, meaning higher temperatures can be reached in the combustion chamber - therefore achieving higher efficiency.
Refractory Ceramic: Compound that can withstand greater than 1000 degree C, has great absorption power & heat refraction.
Cast Iron: High quality & durable material which remains in the same state over time. It is environmentally friendly and has an extremely high heat resistance.
Carbon Steel: Ensure high performance, derived from its high thermal resistance. Being able to use the material in different thicknesses means every product has a great structural strength.
Stainless Steel: WIth AISI-316L quality - giving the product a high standard of strength & durability.
Environmental Concern
BRONPI, committed to a clean environment, uses cast iron and 100% recycled steel plate as its primary raw materials. In addition, the products utilise clean burning technology which makes it possible to minimize gas emissions and obtain exceptional calorific efficiency and better performance.

Additionally, Bronpi are aware of the importance of the development of studes and research in the field of renewable energies and, for this reason, Bronpi collaborates with the 'Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieria de la Universidad de Sevilla' in the research & implementation of new technologies.
